Four Key Drivers of Employee Engagement
Four key drivers of employee engagement are used to organize the practices in this section. Happy employees are proud of their employer, feel a sense of achievement in their work and like their co-workers. Engagement has a direct impact on organizational performance. There is a direct link between effective HR management, committed and engaged employees, and operating success. It was thus a natural fit to organize the practices into the following drivers of engagement: Work Environment and Culture; Compensation, Rewards, and Recognition; Learning and Development; and Reputation of the Organisation.
